This winter, our inaugural lecture took place at the London School of Economics.
The lecture addressed the question whether humans are meant to eat meat. In his illustrated presentation, Professor Brian J Ford showed how humans evolved and how we relate to other forms of life - carnivorous, herbivorous, omnivorous. In a startling new theory he showed how 'man the hunter' is not where we all originated and instead emphasised the opportunistic nature of early hunts. Professor Ford's new theory on how humans began clearly alters our way of looking at ourselves, where we come from, and what we eat.
An abridged video of this ground-braking and provocative talk will shortly be made available on this website.
The next ToP Society lecture will be announced in spring.
